Refund & Returns Policy

All sales of Resistance : Allowance are final.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or if you decide you no longer want the book after purchase. This policy reflects the nature of a physical book once it has been printed and shipped.

Exceptions

• Damaged or defective items: If your book arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
• Incorrect shipment: If you receive the wrong item, we will happily replace it.

Due to the custom nature of signed or special edition copies, these are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.

Australian Consumer Law

This policy is subject to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
